Pierre Bonnasse is a coach, consultant in Sophrology and Communication.

      Master of Arts, lecturer at the Sorbonne Nouvelle University of Paris III (2005-2007), he is a writer and a poet. He has also taken an interest in sciences of the consciousness, in psycho-corporal techniques, in Martial Arts, in the power of communication and speech. He has published a number of articles, interviews and books on these themes – self-evolution and self-knowledge always withstanding as the common denominator.

      The fullness of his personal and professional experiences in different fields, as well as his life experiences in several countries have led him to develop a great proficiency in the prophylactic and social domains (Arts, edition, teaching, communication, sportive preparation, personal development …); moreover, convinced that well-being is the key to success, these experiences have led him to elaborate and pertinently develop techniques related to thinking, stress and emotion management, effective communication, success, self-confidence and performance optimization, directly applicable to everyday life situations.

      According to him, accompanying an individual in the elaboration and realization of his projects, all the while respecting his uniqueness as a human being and caring for his fulfilment, is the driving line of all teaching. By participating in the development of different techniques and strategies in order to help companies encourage the well-being of their executives and employees, keeping in mind the respect and sharing of individual values, he would like to offer them his services; his additional qualities are his pedagogy skills, his rigor, his analytical capacity, his self-reliance, determination and wisdom.

      He also has a degree from the Académie de Sophrologie Caycédienne de Paris (Caycedian Academy of Sophrology, Paris) and is a member of the Fondation Alfonso Caycédo (Alfonso Caycedo Foundation). He teaches Sophrology at Paris Rive Gauche, in the heart of the Quartier Latin. He works with adults as well as children, in English and in French and conducts individual or group sessions. He operates from his consulting rooms, accepts home visits as well as consultations in different organizations and companies, not only in France, but also in many parts of the world.
